盛彦清

盛彦清,男,研究员,博导。2000年毕业于宁夏大学化学系,随后进入深圳富士康企业集团担任化学环保工程师。2003年考入中科院广州地球化学研究所硕博连读,2007年获环境科学博士学位,同年进入中科院烟台海岸带研究所工作至今,长期从事海岸带水体与沉积物污染防治相关技术研究与工程应用。20115月到20126月在英国利兹大学(University of Leeds)进行访问研究,20163月至20165月在澳大利亚南十字星大学(Southern Cross University)进行合作研究。多次承担国家自然科学基金、中科院先导专项、山东省重点基金等各类项目,同时承担地方政府和企业委托技术服务类项目多项。发表研究论文80余篇,其中50余篇被SCI收录,获授权发明专利16件(转让或许可7件),出版专著1部。

硫等生源要素的环境地球化学过程

基于滨海水体高盐度胁迫、高污染汇集、高强度扰动等水质水文特征,研究流域-河口-近海体系水环境质量演变过程与机制,阐明硫在水体黑臭演变过程中的关键驱动机制,揭示硫与氮磷及痕量金属的耦合作用及其环境行为;研究河口海岸带水污染负荷对微藻及微生物群落结构变化的影响机制,运用生物学手段评估环境污染状况及生态健康水平。

水体与沉积物污染防治技术

根据滨海水体黑臭演化过程与机制,研发滨海河道潮汐防控、水质修复、原位清淤、硫化物削减、活性磷固定、微生物促生、重金属钝化等关键技术单元及其集成;研究污/废水资源化利用相关技术,研发底泥及污泥中磷等资源回收技术;研发利用微藻处理含硫废水的相关技术;创建消化固定、重金属钝化、原位覆盖等底质改良技术体系。

水质修复及水处理工程

创建滨海河道及入海滩涂水质修复技术体系并开展工程化应用;研发重污染底泥原位与异位处理处置技术并开展应用示范,实现底泥处置的减量化、资源化和无害化;开展-水共治技术体系工程化应用;承接各类企事业单位委托的水环境综合整治、特殊废水处理、污泥资源化利用等技术服务类工程项目。
