谭文强

谭文强,博士,副研究员,硕士生导师。20186月获得中国科学院大学海洋化学博士学位,中国科学院院长特别奖、中国科学院优秀博士学位论文获得者,中国科学院青年创新促进会会员,中小企业合作发展促进中心山东工作委员会专家委员会委员。主要研究方向为海岸带多糖基生物材料,主要针对海岸带及海洋多糖的功能材料构建,包括病灶微环境响应型智能自组装纳米载药平台、食品活性保鲜包装材料、阳离子抑菌材料等,探究其尺寸效应、功能结构域分子多样性对其物化性能和生物活性的影响规律以及在医药、食品、农业、水产等领域的应用。主持中国科学院青促会人才项目、山东省自然科学基金、研究所自主部署课题等项目,作为科研骨干参与了国家重点研发课题、国家自然科学基金、中国科学院海洋大科学研究中心重点部署项目以及企业委托技术开发项目。目前以第一作者及通讯作者在Carbohydrate PolymersFood ChemistryFood HydrocolloidsJournal of Agricultural and Food ChemistryInternational Journal of Biological MacromoleculesMaterials Science and Engineering: C等国际权威期刊发表SCI论文近30篇;授权国家发明专利10,参编专著1部。
