李宝泉
李宝泉,男,博士,中国科学院烟台海岸带研究所研究员、博士生导师。主要从事海洋底栖动物生态学、海洋生物多样性和海洋生态健康评价研究。担任中华人民共和国濒危物种科学委员会委员、农业部濒危水生野生动植物种科学委员会委员、中国海洋湖沼学会底栖动物分会理事、山东省动物学会第六届理事会理事、《Frontiers in Marine Science》、《应用生态学报》、《广西科学》编委。主持科技部基础性工作专项子课题、中国科学院重点项目、国家自然基金面上项目和国际合作项目等10余项。出版专著5部、科普著作1部。发表研究论文100余篇,其中包括Aquaculture, Marine Pollution Bulletin, Ecological Indicators 等SCI期刊论文40余篇。

聚焦气候变化和人类活动对大型底栖生物群落的影响以及生物响应,以现状调查与长周期数据积累分析为依据,结合室内模拟实验和生态模型构建,开展“群落现状-变动规律-成因分析-生物扰动-健康评价”的系统研究。主要包括:
1) 气候变化与人类活动影响下,海岸带生物多样性和大型底栖动物群落时空分布格局以及长期群落演替规律与驱动机制;
2) 不同环境压力胁迫下,在群落、种群、物种和分子不同水平上的生物响应特征和分子适应机制;
3) 基于DNA barcoding及DNA metabarcoding技术开展底栖生物多样性研究;
4) 潮间带优势种对沉积物-水体界面间的生物扰动作用;
5) 基于底栖动物群落特征以及生物指数开展海域生态系统健康评价。
